Xīn Nián Kuài Lè (Happy New Year!)
The set consists of blood orange macarons filled with blood orange ganache, vanilla buttercream macaron, grape fruit macarons filled with grape fruit buttercream.
Main ingredients: almond flour, sugar, unsalted butter, egg whites, cream of tartar, vanilla extract, orange extract.
Fillings: unsalted butter, blood orange juice, grape fruit concentrate, white chocolate sauce, white chocolate chips
We packed our macarons with multiple layers of food grade bubble wraps to preserve its flavors and minimize any breakage. Keep refrigerated upon arrival or store in the freezer. Our macarons tasted best at room temperature. Leave them out in room temperature for at least 2 hours before you enjoy.
