We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order at macaroncentrale@gmail.com

For any damages that may incur during transit, we must be notified within 2 hours window of delivery and 48 hours for lost/stolen claim. For faster service, please message us with pictures of what you received @ 408-475-4977

SHIPPING POLICY

  • We typically handle order processing within a span of 3-5 business days. The transit duration is contingent upon the chosen shipping service: standard/free shipping, which takes 3-5 days, unless you opt to upgrade the service to a faster 2-3 day option
  • Items in stock are dispatched within 24-48 hours. Please contact us for further assistance. 
  • Large quantity purchases may add 1-3 business days to our processing time. please contact us before you submit the order
  • Macaron Centrale is currently shipping macaron in US only via USPS.    
  • Expedited shipping method via Fedex / UPS are available up on request.
  • Macaron Centrale Store is not held responsible for any delays USPS may incur due to circumstances beyond their control. This would include but not limited to: weather conditions, mechanical delays, equipment failures.
