Caring for your macarons

Give the macaron a quick check
Give the tray a quick check to make sure it’s properly sealed. If the seal has loosened, wrap the tray snugly to keep the macarons at their best before storing them in the fridge or freezer.

Store them in the freezer
We make our macarons fresh to order. For larger orders, or if you’re not serving them within 2–3 days, keep them in the freezer for up to 45 days, or in the fridge for up to 7 days.

Ready to enjoy? Let’s get them just right
From the freezer, leave them out overnight so they’re ready to enjoy the next day. From the fridge, let them rest at room temperature for 45 to 90 minutes to bring out the perfect flavor and texture.
