The passion for baking runs deep in her family. Coming from a lineage immersed in the food industry, particularly in the bakery sector, we have always been surrounded by the art of baking. Our family's journey in this field is rich and varied:

Mother’s Influence: Her mother's recipes, cherished and perfected over the years, were the starting point. Her kitchen was always filled with the delightful aroma of freshly baked goods, instilling a deep appreciation for quality and flavor.

Sister’s Expertise: Her sister, a renowned bakery professor, owns one of the most well-known bakeries in Thailand. Her expertise and success have been a constant source of inspiration. Her bakery is celebrated for its innovative techniques and exceptional pastries, and her guidance has been invaluable in our macaron-making process.
